Smile your Blues Away...

Let's chase away the examination blues together, shall we? Examinations are a necessary evil because how will anyone know what you know...if they are not conducted? How will you know what you know? They are , however, trying times testing your patience, memory and grit.

Brain exercise is vital to keep it healthy. I am a Trainer for Cambridge C1 examination which is a higher level examination in the General English category. After a couple of years, I thought to myself why don't I take up the test and check my response to the exam. Therefore, I took the exam last year and enjoyed the experience besides, now I am a proud possessor of Cambridge C1 Certificate and in usage of English got 210/200 marks which is C2 level Proficiency. It is 4 hours long but worth it.

Lets' see what 3 things you need to do to keep the stress away. You have been regularly studying and doing your assignments and work so, why worry? Your information is encoded and stored in your brain and can be retrieved when required... at the time of examination. I could do that challenging my brain during my exam and so can you. Stop fretting and worrying. Just revise well as repetition makes the neural pathways stronger making retrieval of information faster and easier. Do your work honestly and diligently and you will reap your rewards. Do your 'Karma' and do not worry about the outcome because if your input is good so would be your output!

Simply Three

1- Eat and sleep well- Do eat healthy food and do not compromise on your sleeping hours.

2-Be focused- Study with proper focus without any sort of distractions. Have your priorities set right for studying-make a plan, follow it and you will face no issues and no stress.

3- Stress- Have a 'breakup' with stress! Do not worry you are not the only one who is stressed...just relax... Tell yourself- "I am fine... I will not worry...I will do well in my exam".

Believe me you will! Best of Luck!
