Many times it happens that we read so many things and hear so many things that the brain gets addled. What we also do is overthinking. Well, take a deep breath... that's why I'm here.

No pressure, no information bombardment but a few things to keep our lives on track

.

In simply three, I want you to only remember 3 things that will always keep you happy.

The Three Hs

1- Happiness- Be happy in all circumstances. If you can change them to your advantage nothing like it. If not then adapt yourself and be happy. Happiness can overcome anything in life. It is a strong driving force for people. They are more successful in life because they have more zeal and enthusiasm to accomplish in life. It is a mindset which makes life easier and smoother. A life full of care and worries is wasted, one has no time to enjoy and be happy. People waste their time worrying and overthinking.

2- Humility- Humility is another virtue to follow diligently. A tree overladen with fruits bends; it's humble. Likewise a person with many achievements and accolades should necessarily be humble. It does not mean that you are unworthy, it just means that you should not be proud and arrogant. Life with its myriad circumstances teaches us to be humble and good. the great Peoples' President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam taught us to be humble through his life. It is a quality to be imbibed and cultivated within to have an exemplary life.

3- Humor- What is life if you are a killjoy and go around complaining with a sour face. After a time such people are shunned. So, be alive enjoy life with humor. If we make mistakes as we all do, we can laugh at ourselves too! What's the harm A good laugh is a panacea for all ills. Be around people with a good sense of humor.

Be HAPPY 😊
